    I think you'll need to make room on the mount for the oil cooler on top of the oil filter, but other than that, yes just re-use the original mounting points.

    So upgrading to a 1.8t iat would be better? And mount it where? Between filter an turbo? Just before t/b? Or in manifold?

    Yeah, i'm going to have to drill and tap the manifold, for an IAT of some sort, and not using bluetack!

    Is it me, or do these newer vr lumps not have an inlet air temperature sensor? I can't see where it would be on the inlet, if it has 1 at all? Can anyone shed any light on this, as im going to need to use the IAT on my standalone. Ta

    Have you double checked the timing? Also check or replace the ht leads?

    There should be a seal around the lock. Also check the seal around the wiper arm, and if there are holes behind the number plate.

    Looking good, easier to use, quite like the layout, but when typing in the box as I write this, some of the text is lost either end, as though the box is too small?
