If your keeping the Bosch ecu then you'll have to keep the maf, but you may need to use a larger (4") maf housing as it can get choked out at high rpm's.

The a/c is seperate to the heater matrix, but does make it harder to change. It might be worth separating the a/c in the engine bay to make life easier.
You could use an external fuel swirl pot, have the original vr pump feeding it, then run the walbro from it to the fuel rail. That would eliminate any starvation issues. I have 1 for sale?
