  1. I think it was rotten and was broken a few years back
  2. I've got a kit I can sale you, a couple of people have used them on here to save their sumps! It comprises of a taller front mount and 2 spacers for the rear mounts. Caddyslammed had a set off of me.
  3. I think I used 38mm or 1 1/2" tube.
  4. The wastegate wants rotating 90* so it dumps away from the turbo. As it is it will disrupt the turbine gases exiting the turbo. The output flange of the wastegate wants to point down rather than at the turbo.
  5. Bit of a random question, but I've been thinking.... I wonder If 12v timing chains/guides fit on a 24v aue engine? The variable cam timing isn't used on my engine, so deleting it wouldn't be a problem. Anyone tried or know anyone that has???
  6. Try not to scrimp on things, it will pay in the long run, but I've got Siemens deka I think?
  7. You could say that, but I'm sure others will agree. P.s unless I win the lottery tonight I'll have most of the parts you need...
  8. Get a 630cc map from united motorsport, 4" maf, 630cc injectors, gt35 or hx35 or maybe bigger! A 2mm spacer plate from UM too, along with the largest intercooler you can fit up front should see you good. At least a Bosch 044 pump, possibly fed from a swirl pot, fed by your standard pump.
  9. Spax rsx coilovers on my golf, height and dampening adjustable. Good bit of kit.
  10. Immob fault. Are you getting a spark?
  11. Me and Katie will have to pull out of this I'm afraid...
  12. The canister and bracket are 'hooked' onto the chassis leg, just pull it up!
  13. Well done mate, well deserved award!
  14. Not too big because of the limited space I had, I think it's about 30litres.
  15. Now where was i..... So, as said before, Jake and Mark used a grinder on my car.. which made room for the haldex 4wd system that was to be installed, which was all donated for L5 GVW. So, spare wheel well removed and blanked, rear of tunnel modified, bulkhead/tunnel opened up for the downpipe and rear subframe support welded in. (sorry, lack of pictures untill i jack him up again) I had to find a solution for the fuel system, which needed to be mounted externally, and retain the use of the original mk3 fuel flap. I made up a fuel swirl pot, to be mounted under the rear seats, but also used to
  16. Wasn't it nick named 'the ugly duckling'? I've had a few 205's, which is the tin box I prefer, I'd still have 1 now.... maybe!
  17. Ball bags. We can't make that week end, got another Xmas do on..
