  4. So how's everyone's preparation to Inters going? I've got a load of cleaning to do inside and outside the car, was supposed to have Thursday, Friday off this week, but the weather's been that bad here I'll only be taking Friday off. 5. How much are the springs lowering it by, and are you also changing the shocks.
  6. Yeah i've got one to, you will need a 0.75kva site transformer. You will also have tob re-wire the plug on the PC to a 110V round type plugs. Have a look on detailingworld lots of info on how to get started.
  7. Sometimes thing's are out our control. Maybe you should just sit back for a bit until things get a bit better on the luck side of things. There's been lot of thread's where people seem to have a lot teehing problems after fitting a charger. Just stick at it you deffinatley get there in the end. And at the end of the day you are going to have to fix the battery/alternator problem to sell the car anyway.
  8. Moving this thread as it's not really a for sale item, and you might get a better response to your question here.
  9. I might do.......if I remember to chuck it in car have you got the full version, if you have i would like to have mine scanned to.

  13. Yeah there should be switch on the dash for the rear windows. Might be a good idea to have a look to see if the wires are still there and attach a swich to see if they start to work. PS. You've posted in the right section and welcome to the forum
  14. Keep at it, looking good so far and like i said it's not easy and its slow process. But the results speak for them self.
  15. I've been getting a lot of banging and rattling coming from the back of the car, especially with passengers in the car, I had a look yesterday and it seems that the heat shields on the rear part of the exhaust has loose from the body. The problem is these heat shields are held on by washer type thing where the fingers on the washer have rusted away. Has anybody else had this problem and what's the best way to fix it.
  16. You might get a better response here
  17. Moved thread as its a tuning part, and you might get a better response here.
  18. Show them how the car was immaculate prior to the accident, and how you take the car to the show and that you are really an enthusiast of the VR and how much money you have spent on it since owning. And also how the VR's in the trader might simillar age and millage but they don't have as much history as yours. That should bump the final price up.
  19. are all other door windows working fine with switches. I think you can proramme it buy switching the ingition on with drivers door open and open and close all the windows one by including the sunroof. Switch off the ignition and then lock all the doors with key and hold it for a few seconds, and then open the locks and hold it until the windows and sunroof open and lock again and close windows. and that should sort it out, have you disconnected the battery before the fault happened
  20. If you've got the money, and you care about the car then fix it properly. The radweld might fix it for a while but what if it blocks something else that it shouldn't. or it starts leaking more when you need the car most. just my opinion mate, but good luck with it
  21. If you can find a RHD cassette holder you can swap the internals from the CD holder th the cassette holder and it will fit perfectly. its all clipped so its a doddle to do then just sell the cassette holder on ebay. Thats what i did.
