    I had a powerflow fitted once to one of my old VR6s... I asked for a subtle exhaust note and came away with something that was poorly welded and embarassingly loud... so in a word... no! I've also had Hayward & Scott which wasa lovely sounding exhaust but very expensive Does the original system need replacing? If not just change the backbox. I've kept my original exhaust on this time round but when it goes will probably get a jetex

    have you ever been to powerflow?! quiet is not something they can do. It's either loud, louder or really loud

    Sorry no pics... it was on an old car that I had one. Pretty much all you'll see is the hose attached to the rocker cover, I ran mine down behind the airbox into the wing

    it will help stop your throttle body getting gunked up but I'd fit it to the end of a hose and run it out of the way somewhere otherwise you'll get stinky fumes in the car

    hmmm I had this wth mine and the local VW specialist cleared it with their hand held reader

    TT comps... I gave them a clean before putting them away for the winter but they had accumulated a few scuffs during the autumn that need polishing out Im changing my calipers from silver to matt black

    summer wheels have been on a week but could really do with a good going over with the mops so will probably do that and paint the calipers while theyre off

    a new standard one from VW or GSF is only about £20... I just hate them when they get all stained

    It doesnt look much different to me but I suspect that may be the pic... looks tidy though, a new expansion tank would make a big difference

    sorry do you mean any differeces between the german and UK? probably not although if anything it might be a slightly better spec. www.uk-mkivs.net is the place to ask
