  1. I'm in the car.... just not in the tunnel
  2. first pic looks alright... wouldve been better if you moved the car over a few feet to the right so it was in front of the door and dried the car
  3. Should look good when the BBS are on but if you've already had the arches rolled and painted, why didnt the bodyshop pull them before they painted them? Rear quarters will need painting again now!
  4. have you just bought the lights or the surround as well to plastic weld into the bumper?
  5. you will still need that top nut... get an impact gun on it, even one of those 12v ones from halfords should do it
  6. the throttle body shouldn't need to reset it itself but to reset it you... 1. turn the ignition on but dont start the car 2. You'll hear a whirring noise from the TB when that stops turn the ignition off then 3. start the car
  7. I would imagine so as they still sell mk3 ones
  8. no it's a different length I take it you want the short belt the one on the left in the picture? I think we had crossed wires before... I assumed you had a ZR2 charger which have toothed belts... I'd give pitstop developments a try anyway, they managed to source me a toothed belt so they may well be able to get a smooth one as well
  9. nothing once you've removed it
  10. I thought this had been answered in another post? You need to run it down to the lower air vent in the bumper. To make room to do this you will need to remove the carbon canister (just undo the 2 hoses on the top, block the black one up and leave the clear one open, cable tie them together and tuck them out of the way). You can then run the bmc tube down through the space left by the carbon canister although if you have aircon it will be tight. All this is easier to do with the bumper & probably headlight removed (been about 5 years since I did it!)
  11. If you get a too good to be true price always make sure to ask exactly what you're getting... there's a big difference between a good price and a cheap job
  12. £300? I'd expect the tailgate alone to cost that!
  13. if you have aircon it's quite fiddly to fit the cold air field but it will quieten it down
  14. I dont use it myself, I prefer the clear spray one as it's a bit more natural but if you put it on with a sponge at least an hour before using the car and wipe off any excess it worked ok for me. Looks good freshly applied at a show at a show but take ruber gloves as its messy
  15. if you want wet look the megs endurance gel is good (purple stuff)
  16. link doesnt work... the way to tell is by looking underneath... 2.8 manifolds have cut outs underneath whereas 2.9 manifolds use the full width. It's hard to explain but I'm sure someone will post some pics
  17. I agree with one thing he says... why does anyone who isn't interested in buying it care?!
  18. If you're after the short toothed belt you can get them from pitstop developments
  19. but you'll get better performance from an evo straight out of the box for less than the cost of doing that... as has been said the only downside with EVOs is the running costs but as long as you do your homework and buy one knowing the cost of parts and servicing I'd go for it
  20. mine plays some kind of a mexican tune when you leave the door open
  21. I'd go for a charger over an R32 engine swap, if you just want more power it's an easier option... unique isnt always best
