Hi all. Been away from the dub scene for a while now I have a scratch that needs itching. I'm after a nice Vr6 highline in either colour the newer the better r or s reg, rare in know. hi everyone, not been on here in a long time due to me selling my various golfs and ending up with a type r, anyway i hope everyone is well and i have a question to ask, i have just bought for the wife a mk3 gti for a run around car, it has recaro interior which is red and black with the recaro stiched in red, it turns out that its a 3 door interior in a 5 door but, the wife dont like it so my question is, would anyone like to buy it? obviously i would need to swap your interior otherwise i would have nothing to sit on! and your interior must be in good condition, fire some questions to me an

could be a lot of things, air flow meter, coolant temp sensor, lambda probe, best thing to do is as anyone on here will tell you, get it on vagcom and the will tell you whats wrong, hope this helps, regards jon.

could be that the tyres are distorted on the rear? that can make a droaning noise.

could be the heat sheild on the bottom of the cat, i had the same on mine at certain revs, get a local garage to put it on the ramp and remove the heat sheild (if it is that!) regards jon.

sounds like it could be the chains, do a search on here and you will find a thread with the noise on, and see if its the same noise as yours.
