    I got my map from vince at stealth, but he says after the charger. Small problem the guy who had it ran with the maf before the charger. I think i will try both to see what happens

    You better believe it, comparing the recaros to standard seats they are far more cofortable, more supportive and look 1000 times better

    When my Z engineering charger finally arrives, tomorrow hopeully what do you guys recommend for fitting the maf, before or after the charger?? ive just been reading up some say before some say after im confused now?? Its an OBD2 car im fitting it to Cheers Martin If anyone has close up pics of theirs or any installed Z engineering chargers id appreciate it

    Mine has a fuel light, but i can safely say it is one of a handful of MK3s in the UK that does!! No mk3s here came with them, Just gotta know where to look

    Pop off the door handle cover, two screws inside there, and remove the door pin, the door card should then just unclip.

    Aww poor wee thing :-( I unfortunatly hit a dog on friday, its ok fortunately enough, although my front bumper if all cracked. :@

    Yeah, it was THE most unreliable car i have owned, in the 8 months i had it spent a fortune on it and was glad to se it go, every week it needed something, and it wasnt a mega mile car either

    Yeah i work for John Lawrie but used to be with ARR Craib i had a 430 CF there. Getting 3 105 510s in september with full options pack so lok forward to seeing them, but i dont get a new one till next year

    Im doing this with a mate as we speak, second time have done a 16v to VR6, its really simple, shafts are the same, cables for gearbox, hydraulic clutch etc are the same. Need a VR6 front panel though, vr6 hoses, Cant think of anything else at the moment

    Mine are as follows 1998 K reg Escort 1.3 in blue, first car i hated it 1999 P reg Astra 1.4LS in rio verde green, lady in a saxo wrote it off 2000 R reg Seat Ibiza Cupra Sport in Natural Copper, loved that car and trying to buy it back 2003 L reg Corrado VR6 in moonlight blue, worst car i have owned, and first vr6. 2003 N reg Golf VR6 in Storm Grey, GTI engineering tuned car, loved it but was offered excellent money for it! 2004 P reg Golf VR6 in Satin Silver, Current car and wont part with it ever 2005 L reg Passat VR6 estate as a runaround, was excellent fun but rotten so broke it 2006

    Personally not a fan of the Ram Air, too big and heatsoaks far too much IMO. The BMC CDA on the other hand is one of the best there is!!

    I have got hold of one, would have preferred a vortech but beggars cant be choosers, Question is who does the belts for them now, is it still NS racing, and the mapping be better off going to stealth?? Cheers

    Nice car mate, the 3.5 wheel makes a HUGE difference, took me 2 years to find one

    Like rich mentions above, not an easy task, hardest bit will be a custon down pipe as your current one will foul the steering rack

    Agreed, i went from a corrado to a golf, best move ive ever made TBH.

    The short answer is no from memory the abs pump from the earlier cars have the ecu seperate and inside the car whereas the later pumps are together with the ecu

    It cant be mine, cos i aint been approached by any mags for a feature, would have been nice if it was tho

    I would normally put this in the relevant section but this is mega urgent, I need a fusebox to engine bay wiring loom for a coilpack OBD1 mk3 vr6, must be complete with nothing snipped off.
