    most seats from different models or other makes will need some sort of subframe mod in order to fit them to a mk3! best to have a look round to see which ones are going to be the easiest to convert and be cost effective in doing so!

    bearing in mind that the ak's only offer a modest 70mm drop i believe, you'd be better placed going for a dedicated shock/spring set-up of 60mm, especially if you aren't going to bother messing with ride heights much! for everyday driving you'll be better suited to shox/spring set-up if you want to retain some of the comfort of the standard car!

    patience patience patience! or get someone like low-vento off e38 to do them for you!

    wishbone bushes are prone to wear and cause this effect, and as nick says, this leads to premature wear of other suspension components such as the drop links, and arb bushes etc! all these items need to be in reasonable shape b4 you get a geometry setup as all will effect the way the car sits on the road!

    i tend to run mine on 97 mostly, and if i'm on a long haul or on route to a show give it some 98, so it makes no odds afaic!

    mine averages around 14mpg on the way to work, but it doesnt go over 3krpm as i only live 2.2 miles from work. around 33mpg on a good long run, but average overall around 28.
