  1. hi Guys, I am getting a knocking sound when turning on full lock, I have been told that the probable cause is the universal joints may have gone or on their way out. I have googled this and found a bit, how to replace them - someone has suggested attacking this from the steering wheel end by replacing the boot, others have said that its best to remove the engine (seems excessive) however i have found no sites on how much this will cost. my usual place GSF does not stock these. cheers Steve

  3. Hi All, I am trying to track down some performance ignition leads for my mkIII in green - to match the air filter! i have checked numerous websites but have not been able to find any, does anyone have any companies/web sites. cheers, Steve

  5. hi guys, I was thinking of installing a leather interior into my mkIII vr6, the cloth ones are starting to rip on the sides. As mkIII's seem hard to come by (see sharky's thread) i was wondering how easy it is to install another cars interior. Maybe a mkII's or even a mkI as i here they are similar, my dream is sitting in the local scrappy, some leathers from an '89 911. I know the back seats will have to be from a mkIII but really i dont sit there so just leathers on the front will suit me. awaiting your feedback, cheers dudes. Steve
