  6. It states a qualified mechanic is needed for correct fitment. So just buy a mechanic and it should fit right on.

  13. You need to use new head bolts. Their stretch bolts so once used they're knacked. Go vw / tps and get genuine mate, inmo the only way to go regarding head gaskets Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

  16. you could do that, although you might be struggling for room as the firewall will be directly behind it. if you have enough room, you could mount a single wastegate "behind" the collector so it captures all the gases as one.
  17. you get whats called a sandwich plate, which basically replaces the oil cooler, but i dont know where the crack pipes outlets go, i know if you get a billet one you can get them deleted. then theres pipes coming off to a heat exchanger that you mount somewhere and jobs done hope that helps to a certain degree. the downside (Especially if you arent getting a thermostatic one) is they can over cool the oil, it depends how many rows the exchanger has.
  18. Yeah want the turbo mounted up and swung across to the right, otherwise it might foul my prop below. I will be running two wastegates too, you dont want any gas stuck in there! Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
  19. I'm doing full tubular mani with individual headers. Well, trying. So far I've just swore and nearly cut my hand off with a slitting disc. Sent from my GT-P5210 using Tapatalk
  20. Im in the middle of building a tubular manifold, and im using 1.5" Stainless sch.45 i think. Would be better tigging it if you can. Also if you help retain the heat i.e heat wrap or ceramic coating e.t.c it would help cracking. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
  21. Might be worth just scouring local breakers or ebay and get them blasted and powdercoated? Thats what i did Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
