    After coming to billing with me, Katies got the cleaning bug! So i went out an got her some cleaning products, and she cleaned all weekend!! The results look good. Me helping a little! Hopefully restore the leather soon as its a bit worn and scuffed.

    Thank you to both of you, its really starting to come together now, and i'm enjoying owning such a 'toy'!! Smallish update peeps! Bought another tailgate and later rear bumper today, in preperation for the paint prep work which will happen over the next few weeks. The big bonus was that the tailgate came complete with a lovely votex spoiler, complete with hella brake light. Nice! So, went out and bought enough bits an bobs to do the prep, so maybe this time next month it will look as good as new! Fingers crossed anyway! :-)

    Why not just do a 6 month now, then a year when thats up, to stager the costs a bit. But yeah, its not right at all, its all done by a computer now anyway, which costs next to fuck all to run anyway!!!!!

    Vw probably has changed the spec of the oil, just because they know that the boxes are getting older. You've definately done your homework!! Lol! Just stick 70w80 in it, should be fine.

    You'll have to remove the gaiter and plastic trim from around the hand brake, Then there is a pair of cables with a nut on each, so you can tighten the nut to tighten the cables.

    Well, hard drive wise i'm not really sure how big i'm going to need? Probably not alot. Just want to load Emerald software onto it, which doesn't require alot; 486DX 66mhz 32mb ram Max of Windows XP But don't really know what the above means! And i'm not bothered about a cd drive, as like bungy says, i can use a usb stick.
