  1. nice wheels.. tyres look to big, will look mint dude
  2. good friendly service and easy to get money off.. cheep but the quality is poor compared to OEM.
  3. http://www.dubkorps.eu/product.php?xProd=3&xSec=2 what do you all think... I might order some
  4. depend how low / what size wheels you have... just look to see how much clearance you have. then buy some ally off cut and use a big hold cutter to cut them out... can check the sizes if you want
  5. does anyone know if the bolts on the main subframe are stretch bolts? i hurd that they where when i last changed my subframe and brought new ones (about 5 months ago) anyway ive snapped the front wishbone bolt so ive got to change the sub-frame again. I can't be arsed to change them again as there pritty much new. you recon i can just reuse my bolts... i can't see them snapping... there tonk
  6. haha preaching the scene,, :-p ive welded a porsha tailpipe to my dtm,,lol could making somthink a bit random if you've already got a backbox? pickey some tailpipes off somthing
  7. i think goodyear eagle F1s are really good... had toyos and they where mint as well but think the F1s are better.. parada spec2 are ment to be good also have a look at the tyre rattings on the internet... eagle F1s where at the top but then michanin brought some tyres out that where ment to be better.. can't remember what model now. try somthing you haven't run before, they soon get munched away anyway... got some nankangs atm and there feel dangerous when you leave F1s... might try some parada spec2 next but if i can get hold of F1s id get them again... there all good mate.. you will be
  8. lol i was more hopping for people to tell me that its sound to rev past 7000, not that the pistons might come though the bonnet lol
  9. lol and the point of improving weight distribution and steering feel?
  10. LOL :-d quite a nice car but theres much more id rather buy for 10k, its just a shame that the government has so much control over what cars we own purely though tax's on fuel. were all petrol heads ( i guess?) you can't blame the man for doing donuts or drifts in his new rear wheel drive car, pretty sure thats the reason they build them, for the fun twitchy ness
  11. haha thats not like me though.. really does carry on to pull well all the way to its new redline. Im guessing that his hooked me up with a remap at the same time, but i donno
  12. way over my head lol I pay for a hand car wash and then use that autoglm resin polish,, in the red bottle. Then jet wash it every few days when it gets covered... I really want to add a wax, something hard wearing and thats an improvement over nothing but not to bothered about been mega shiny??? and easy to add washing cars is stressing.. my paints proper cock when i get close to it
  13. off topic but id say put a standard splitter back on . quite like yours but i think there's more love for the standard splitter on the mk3. sell the wheels for £800 then the car for 2.5k
  14. around 90-100kg doing the basic's
  15. performance trim said they where going to start making mk3 roof panels this summer.

    Redline

had my immobilizer removed of my ECU buy stealth and now it revs right off the clock :-d. carry's on past 7000 for about 2 seconds.. guess its around 7200- 7500. whats that all about? i like it lol
  17. id have thought open dumps aren't legal as there's no mini cat. These Holset are defo very good regarding reliability. trucks cover silly millage so they will be built to last. Denis fire engines have these turbos.. the odd few went wrong but that was to be expected. wish i new that when i still worked for them. probably could have got one for cheep. i wouldn't be put of buy the price. there cheep because there for the truck market and not performance cars lol
  18. to give it down force lol... think it looks good in s ugly way though
  19. what powers your making now MaidenVR6? http://www.holset.co.uk/mainsite/files/2_1_1_4-Holset%20HX40.php how come they still work well even though there for 7-8L engines? because the truck engine have low revs? has anyone found any prices for these? there ment to be cheep and if there for trucks im sure they last as some do weeks without ever turning off.. only for services
  20. love all the cars on your drive. think the dub looks better but can't argue with the performance of the type R
  21. are these turbos good then? ive hurd there really cheep
  22. if your pushing 35 psi though a gt40 is the extra 100cc of the 3.0l really going to be of much benefit. surly it would be more sensible to keep the walls a bit thicker . your not really going to loose much power. thats why people who build high power 24vs use R32 head on a 2.8 block (24v block) they get the flow of the 32 head but the added strength of the thicker walled block
  23. ^^^ you probably would get away with 83mm but it would be safer to keep to 82mm, you get the benefit of fresh bores as well over having drop ins. tbf you would probably be better of with a gt40 if your aiming 700+ and a little head work with make it easier. uprated rods are definitely needed along with 630cc injectors. built 02m and it would be pointless without 4 wheel drive going to be one high spec car :-d im quite jealous
