    Me too, got an agreed valuation on mine and they were super helpful, though the other half does work for them so maybe that helped![emoji6]

    You can still buy them new, I had to get a new one for mine and think it would have worked out at around £100 supplied and fitted. Not 100% sure on price as I had it done the same time as getting a new windscreen and all the other glass put back in. I also had the other side cut out and put back in if that helps.

    Got sent a couple of decent photo's of mine from Sunday on Facebook so thought I'd put them up here for all to see, especially those like Bealieboy who's scared of Facebook[emoji6][emoji23] And started getting other go faster bits cleaned up and ready to fit like the supersprint manifold that's been laying in the shed for way to long!

    Anyone with a fault code reader of some sort should be able to help, my ones gone up the wall,I could borrow the works one, though if its drinking that much petrol it'd probably be cheaper to get a local garage do it! I did just over half a tank on Sunday, how'd you get on?

    First thing I would do would be clear those codes drive it for a day then see if they all/or what ones come back, then go from there mate[emoji6].

    Great day out and even better meeting a few more members! And really chuffed to win this! Really made all the hard work seem worth it! Feel quite proud that I've taken a rough old £340 VR that was being sold as a donor car and turned it into something that can win a trophy![emoji4] Now I need more power![emoji16]

    No I've seen those, got a spare or two about as well! Hopefully sell some of it off soon as I can't stand clutter! Started cleaning, painting and buying new bits of hose etc, for the charger set up, going for an oe look with the charger, minimal shiny bits[emoji6];

    Holy crap! We should go into business between us making very heavy but nice looking coffee tables[emoji23][emoji6]! I've got one spare box which will go in my red one eventually as it's got a quaiffe diff in it. Sold the other spare I had for £90.

    Just going to swap the charger onto my red one and basically see how the engine in it goes for now and in the meantime get my other engine with the brand new bottom end built up with a spacer plate in it, incase of any mishap's with my original engine that's done 174k! I've hopefully already sold the engine in the black one, which has done 184k but runs well! It's confusing but somehow I've ended up with 5 bottom ends[emoji15]including the two in the cars!

    It seems to work fine like that and all you can see is the 2 vacuum lines running into the bay.

    Thought I'd update this a bit, been busy buying things and not actually doing much to the car, apart from getting this painted up and the b%$t+rd polybushes fitted into it[emoji34]....... Its times like those when I remember why I'm a bodywork man!     Yeah it's not ideal but the basically do just run under the manifold, I just cable tied them up where I could I think, where have you put your ecu and tank?
