  1. What is the temperature of the exhaust gas pre turbo?
  2. If you are planning on using our turbo software, then the wideband sensors need to be in the downpipe.
  3. Most OBD2 USA market ECU's have a socket from the factory.
  4. No OBD2 (021906256xx) ECU is socketed from the factory.
  5. Unplug the throttle position sensor and run the car again, do the symptoms persist?

  7. If any of that PTFE comes away, it will potentially wreck the engine.
  8. The stalling problem is caused by the item right behind the left headlamp.

  11. 2 totally different engines. Ecu's are not interchangable
  12. If that were the case, the engine would start and run for 1 second and then turn off.
  13. The coil pack has no possible way to stop communication with the ECU.
  14. Did you ask them which MAF housing you should be using? Block 31 on vag com shows wideband lambda readings.
  15. Your ECU is ME7, this has a wideband sensor. Unplugging it will only make things worse. The best thing you can do is call your software supplier and verify with them what is going on.
  16. ECU # will be 021 906 256 OBD2 does not have an ECU relay. Just to add, Ive never ever seen any ECU fail that has not been molested in some way.
  17. Heat will kill stock pistons, at a torque level exceeding the capability of stock rods.
  18. The immobiliser in the ECU has nothing to do with the horn. The ECU is in no way connected to the horn relay. The key and ECU wont "match" as the immo has been defeated. (nothing needs to match anymore) Does the car have an after market alarm/immobiliser on it? Clifford, toad etc?
  19. Sounds like the immobilizer wasn't the original problem
