  1. lol you can't take it because it doesn't move. Id say that 2 weeks was taking the piss. Pehaps there having problems and its not the job they first thougth it was but even then they should be honist with you and tell you whats going on when your lighty to get it back. Think you can most probaly get some money off
  2. Ah fair enuff then... So because your only going for 9psi does this mean a smaller turbo can be used? How much power to exspecting to make? Im going to see how u get along then think about doing it myself... I always thought that i was going to turbo my car id go all out LSD forsed rods ect ect Low boost turbos never crossed my mind but for the money its def worth thinking about. Surpose u can always uprate things later when you want more power

  7. Im about 90is all round on 17".. Think its all about what Et u got as on the back of mine i could go about 110 but couldn't match the front up
  8. What makes you think its zappin power? Are you having problems or somthink.. As far as i know injectors have to be removed to be serviced. They clean them up and test the spray patters and impedance of the solidords ect You can get some stuff you put in your tank thats ment to clean and flush them out but it wont be as good as a proper service
  9. If yours had a brand new head then the top ends going to be in better nick than a 70,000er Why not just get it bored to 2.9 and put some forged pistons in new shells and even some H beem rods, apr studs and then when you do wanna go FI its all ready ready for you.
  10. Its just playing lol... Id never seen it before but first thing id do is check the connection on the clocks and the fuse board. Then try new clocks from ebay sell again if doesnt solve. Check wiring down the speed sencer. then try a speed sencer
  11. lol Nah its for the wiper jets. If u look there wires going to them. I think there heated to stop them freezing up.. imo not worth replacing. Id wait to see if you get any problems but its upto you

IVE DONE IT lol no abs... like a total nob i had the calipers on the wrong way round so the bleed nipples where facing down apart from this there totaly the same and when i rush i alway make STUPID mistakes like that I just looked at it and clocked it. So the fuild was was going into the caliper and just coming out the bottem again. Not filling up the caliper all good now and i can go enjoy it now :-d Feel free to abuse me LOL
  13. New VR master cylinder, Re did all the flaring to check joints. Re bled Still the same. Im guessing that it can be fixed but I have no idea how to.. Can u recomend anyone who can def sort it...
  14. For me its mainly road with the odd track day.. Im up for doing anythink to improve things round corners and as i gota get my camber done anyway thought id give it a bosh lol wtfs this? "old scandanavian flick on line..." i want one

  16. guess cus there must be thousands of diff wheels that you can put on a mk3...even get adapters for things like corrvette wheels..mmmmm so not really possible to do an acurate poll... im sure a normal thread on it would make more sense.... Im sure him talking about a poll between BBS LMs and kerscher carmona's..The hole reason you have to mess around with the archs is the reason it looks so good
  17. Its a realy hard one tbf. But after owning 17s id go for the 16s deep dishs. Both cars look realy nice but the rear wheel of the kerscher carmonas does it for me. Have to say i wouldn't go 9j all round as i like the step and the deeper dish on the back

  19. ummm I donno fella my dad has a 2002 gttdi and the badge says "dt red i" and is def a 150bhp one.. Shame about loosing the v6 but the gtdtis are RAPID and it feels nearly / as fast as the VR tbf im sure if you take the reg to a vdub dealer that they could use the computer to tell you which one it is
  20. You can tell from the badges. Atho i can't rember what they are exsacly. Somthink like standard letters is 90 bhp,. td with a red I is 130 bhp and td with a red I and red dot ontop of the I is the 150 bhp gttdi
