    Mate, The MKiv does look nice with Vinyl Wrap, Noubt Chavvy or London Rude Boy look about it! Each to there own..Your car, Your choice! As Ben said, use the Hairdryer and peel! Thank F*** it wasnt fresh paint! Edited by Craggsy

    2 things. If the car is not missfiring its not Coil Pack. The car will have Jerks etc loss of power and gain on 2 things.. Coolant Temp Switch or AFM. To rule the AFM out, at point where the Jerk etc is happenin, stop car, switch off,disconnect the AFM. Re start, maybe a bit hesitant at start, this will be due to the ECU realizing that the AFM is disconnected. Drive the car, and see if theres any dfference, If its still the same, stop car, switch engne off, and re-plug it back inn. You do not need VAG COM to reset this as it will do so buy driving the car 8miles+. Only thing that would be left

    OBD 1's and 2's. Some of the visable differences are Throttle, MAF, Rocker Cover, Inlet Mani. Did you also know that the VR's early till 95 came with single chain. 1996-Double. 1997+ Single again.

    Early OBD1 came with Dizzy. Late OBD1 with Coilpack. OBD2's Coilpacks.

    As long as Ignition is not switched on whilst removing and refitting off wheel, no Airbag light will become present over change of wheel.

    Doh! At least it went shore side..! Bet it wouldnt be working if it fell in the bath yup! Mark always thinks I'm mad for using it in the bathroom I probably wouldn't if I'd paid for it.... saves time tho!! I have very little of that.... cooking as I type Oh dear...

    Andi' date=' Ive dealt with Opie Oils mate, Good company but wasn't keen on the Oil that I had from them. As my Vr is charged ive now been usin 10/60, Valvoline Racing Oil. Runs and eats well on the VR. If I was to take the Charger off, Id go back too Magnetec 10/40. Had some Red oil from them, but found that burned more compared to the Valvoline. But hey its up to you pal.

    Mate, Can depend on Mileage,or How often you do an Oil change etc. State of lump etc.. I use to use Castrol Magnetec 10/40 as found the VW shizzle was a tad thin!
