  1. Measure the disk thickness and see if they are under limit
  2. Schimmel do shorty leads that hid away well
  3. Sorry, iPhone typing fail, supposed to have put £22. Ive bought various sensors in the past and the cheap ones are always inaccurate. I had a GSF one once that was 20 degrees out!! Plus OE ones have a decent warranty
  4. They are only £12 from the dealer or TPS
  5. No point getting bigger injectors on a standard engine, new or cleaned original injectors are worth doing though
  6. How much did it push up the insurance, all my mods only added about £200, if that
  7. I've got a full non res, with sports cats on my S4. Alot more torque low down and faster throttle response. Without the cats if would just make it louder really.
  8. You get oil from the charger seep out and lube up the hoses so they slip off when they get hot so degreasing it normally stops it. Over right clips make it pop off when it gets hot aswell. I had it start doing it on the way up to Stealth for the last map, I stopped 6 times on the way up on the hard shoulder to sick around with it, so annoying! Cleaned it up when I got the Stealth and it was fine open up the diverter valve and re-oil it if you losing boost, it coils be stuck, but remember 8psi won't happen untill at full revs
  9. If you look in the paperwork I think there is a forge invoice with the hose and it's size on it
  10. If you take it off and degrease the hose, plastic and charger, reattach it all, then rev it by the throttle body, whilst looking down at the plastic intake pipe where it passes through the hole in the engine bay. Make sure when it revs and the engine moves that the intake pipe, juby clip or anything else isn't catching as it revs, which knocks the pipe off the charger. Always happened after the air filter casing clipped a speed bump or something and moved the whole lot backwards. Everything on there is solid, so when it catches it slips on the charger. If you put a longer hose there the bend a
  11. I had limited mileage with Adrian Flux
  12. Door looking pin on the b-pillar not aligned properly? Sounds like the window switch is dead
  13. they do 1 inch wide aswell, I normally cover the rear then use a craft scalpal to cut the excess away so the whole rear of the badge is covered
  14. Mine was too, I poked around for ages thinking it was hung up on something, but it was fine
  15. Just got a graph showing gains on the mani JHM are developing. Taken from an S4 tiptronic, with the mani and custom map only on crap US fuel So on a manual, with full milltek and downpipes, decent fuel and a custom map to bring it all together could add a further 30bhp and even more torque!! GOTTA BE DONE I THINK!!
  16. Another bad MAF or possibly a dry joint in the plug or broken wire

  18. 225/35/19 were £117 each inc p&p in Dec. Couldn't rear compare the Toyos as having 4wd would confuse things, but I bought them over the Toyos after seeing so many tests and reviews where they beat tyres twice the price. I had falken 452s on previously, which I've always found similar to the T1Rs, they used to struggle on hard cornering at the front and made more road noise, but the Vredestiens in yet to reach their limit, even on the roundabout test
  19. Ta mate. It's getting there, I need to drive it more though, Im looking forward to going up to MRC in Banbury soon for a remap, be interesting to see what the MPG is like on long distance cruising speeds
  20. Awesome mate, once I got the coilovers dialed in, it corners like you wouldnt believe for the size and weight of the car, better than my RS1800 I had years ago. Highly recommended and alot more places are starting to sell them now aswell over here. I was playing with a Scooby in torrential rain back along and I hit a load of standing water on a bend at an unmentionable speed and only got a slight twitch out of it and my mate behind me said they throw water out the way like a street sweeper haha I never want to face those chains, they scare me and my wallet in equal measure haha. All the upper
