    The MFA on the mk3 is rubbish anyways and only to be used as a guide. Mk4 MFA uses more things to measure mpg so is more precise. I always work the maths from how much fuel input in/ or fuel tank size to miles done. The R does respectable on a run even sitting at 80 or 90 in Europe. Motorways are its home

    Also it may be worth looking on the R32OC in case anyone is selling a standard setup

    Genuine mk4 R32 discs are expensive as they are floating discs, mk5 are cheaper as they aren't floating discs. I've used EBC discs on my old VR6 and had no problems

    Straight on but will need 6 mm of spacers between hub and carriers. May need new hoses depending on year of your car

    I have run vredstein sessantas on my R32 now for about 4 yrs. I can't fault them and were about £80 ish. I had ps2 on it when I bought it and found them quite good but buying four if them was big money. Of the ones you listed I've had the ze912s and liked them lots. But id go with the rainsports. I'll be putting them on my daily focus in the new year

    Secondary air pump can be removed. You will need a blanking plate http://www.uspmotorsports.com/Integrated-Engineering-SAI-Block-off-Plate-Kit-for-MK4-24V-R32-VR6.html something like that. But it will throw up a code that will need coding out
