I know of one for sale on vr6oc for sale page on faceache. I know it's in good condition as the guy who rebuilt it is a first class engineer
  9. Heads are heads and will fit all vr6 engines
  10. All them secret hidyholes to talk about people now. Have fun
  11. You think 1st gear is short try having a turbo R32! First is gone in a blink when gunning it
  12. Who me? If so I had my gearbox rebuilt last year so is as new and only done about 5000 miles on it
  13. Drive in drive out time would be about 8 hrs I'd say as well. 2.5hrs about right if box off and engine out already
  14. My car is booked in for release bearing change in the 19th I won't be able to pick up till 23rd if all goes smoothly. So I can't make it even though I'd love to
  15. Mine goes in to get sorted on Friday, hired a flatbed to take mine in
  16. I only run 18s as they need to clear brakes
  17. I got the PM but not 100% able to come yet, I doubt if I'll go on rollers tho as its not 100% right
  18. I'm almost positive that 02M boxes are different from 4 pot to 6 pot as I had a diesel box and bell housing looked smaller. Are you sure yours came from a 1.8t? And not the 3.2 TT
  19. Clutch release bearing, mine has also shit its pants on my R32
  20. I must start playing online more, but working my way thru assassins creed unity at mo
  21. Web site under construction lol But I enjoyed Oulton park when I was there
  22. R32 sump is shallower, you'll need either oil pump or just the pickup pipe can't remember which. The brake thing is entirely up to you, 312s with proper pads will work well and you'll only need caliper carriers and discs depending on year of your car. All the other options will need adapters to get them in the mk3. Wheels, well, any will fit with adapters so choice is yours
  23. I thought most people knew yo use the mk4 gasket, that's more of a shock to me that people didn't know
