  2. Those of you who bought the aluminium water pipe (Crack Pipe) from US on the group buy some time ago now. How hard was it to fit the pipe with the engine in situ, and is it worth getting as I'm about to change the thermostat for the low temp variety. I can buy the whole kit including the housing,low temp thermostat,seals and a aluminium water pipe for about £100 do you think thats a fair price.

  7. Now that summer is approaching 8) and all the car shows are about to start, I was wondering how people prepared their cars ?! . Especially those of you travel down a fair distance to get to the shows.

  10. Thats a bad week. What you need to do is fill up the VR and go for a long blast round some country lanes to get all the tension out.
  11. That depends on the buyer, some people like to buy a modded car as some don't. Its really upto you if you like it then go for it as your the person going to be driving it. as for me i would leave it on
  12. once a week for me depending on the weekend weather, and thats with a full wax and all windows,tyres and black plastic dressed. As for the interior about twice a week

  14. The only problem i had when i did the rear brakes, was taking of the 2 allen key bolts that hold caliper on. They were stuck on quite hard so had to bray them off, and then coudn't get replacements till the following day.So it might be worth getting a set of those while your at it. Only a few pence each
  15. Starter Motor so far everything else has wear and tear and cometics.
  16. it can be done there was thread in the styling section i think. Ive got one for sale if you want have a look in the sale section
  17. and don't forget the piston on the rear caliper needs winding in.
