  5. if you do use G6 rubbing compound don't use neat unless youv'e got big arms try it with damp cloth, it spreads a lot easier and not as abbrasive.and if your going to be using machine to do it try using G3 instead. ClayBar I found you need a nack using the claybar and lube.it's case of applying the right amount of lube not to much and not to little.but it does feel smoth after it's been applied same as the rubbing compound. 16. Before I bought my black highline I saw couple of the mulberry ones with the purple car mats. What I need to know is if someone has got the part number for a set of the genuine black ones. You can buy a standard VW set for about £30, which is what I had in the GTI. The purple highline mat set is about £60 but they can't seem to find the Black highline set. According to ETKA the No. Is 1H1 061 225 E C53 can somebody confirm this. The difference is in the weight of the mats
  17. Surely they must have phoned you to tell you what work needs doing before carrying out any work. Any reputable garage would have done the service and then the MOT as you asked, then either phoned to say whats wrong or gave you list when you picked the car up. Gutted for you mate can't wait to see that list
  18. looks nice m8 i bet those wheels are nightmare to keep clean
