just to add...have you got a bentley manual to tell you how to set the timing? be careful you get it spot on...check four or five times if you have to...they only have a two teeth tolerance before something gets damaged, or so i hear. when you put it all back make sure the piston on the top tensioner bolt is fully retraced. turn the engine over by hand a few times, re check the timing, then put the cam all the stuff back on the top, then remove the fuel pump fuse and crank the engine a few times, then put the fuse back in an hope for the best. heres a diagram off all the parts... just e-mail
