    Common problem I'm afraid as you know. I would imagine that it is simply the case of obtaining the diameter of the of the pipe or take it to places such as pirtek and they can provide you a like for like replacement, alternatively is to clean out what you can and replace the broken sections using some joiners, I imagine it is only nipple connectors on the sunroof itself so just needs to be a snug fit that end and fed through to where it drains out the body. either way may need to remove roof lining and some interior trim to do the job properly I'm afraid.

    Couple of questions. - Have you removed charcoal canister at all and left clear pipe venting? - Have you checked condition of rubber lines? especially where the hard lines meet the rubber hoses, mine had perished and noticed that I had a minor leak there, over the years the rubber lines do become more porous. - Have you removed PCV valve at any point ? I once ran with just a filter on the rocker cover but fumes (very similar smelling to fuel) was overpowering. - Other sensors etc.. that can contribute towards fuel is blue temp sensor, MAF and Lambda.

    Quite a few people have taken the plunge on the Chinese ones and have said quality is good for the price. Had quite a few items from merlin and have been helpful in the past.

    There are some "Chinese" ones on ebay that quite a few people on here have purchased and they have been fine. Other option is just to source the hoses you need, I did this for my mk2 conversion (corrado radiator) and got them from Merlin motorsport.

    Its a DIY job assuming you have some tools and a good trolley jack. I did it on my Corrado in a few hours with the help of some mates, as mentioned, you will need to loosen front engine mount and jack up engine to be able to remove both alternator bolts. I found it much easier and quicker to simply remove the whole front end as is only 6 - 7 bolts and improved access considerably. Before doing anything ... disconnect the batter Step 1) remove aux belt pulley / pulley Step 2) jack up engine as per above. Step 3) give the alternator a whack or use a

    Hi @brans - I am assuming you are referring to lambda sensors, if so, then generally you will have one pre-cat and post cat on the AFP model. wiring from the sensors run to a black box under the car. brown is post cat. black is pre cat. Cheers. Pete

    Possible air leak ? Maf too close to charger? Took a bit get mine running nice. But was just unmetered air in the end. What is needed fix leak on oil bath? I'm not familiar with how these work
