  1. This used to happen to me a lot with my mk3. Especially when weather was exceptionally cold. Unfortunately I never got to the bottom of it but still interested to know what the cause was !

  3. It's a bug. Use the paper clip icon to upload instead of the photo icon. Currently being investigated and fixed
  4. There are probably several reasons why there is no single video that exists as there is never any 2 turbo installations that are the same. - different hardware - turbo's intercoolers, waste gates and manifolds / short runners. - different management - factory / stand-alone management. It all depends on what output you want to achieve and what your budget is, you may need low comp spacers, pistons, rods etc.. as well depending on the answer to that question. one thing that is common across every conversion is that; - you will need bigger brak

  9. I just got one off second hand that vents to air. There's a lot of shit out there to be honest. This bad boy I just clamped onto the bracket of the main engine loom plug simple yet effective.
  10. I've done an OBD swap on my corrado. Its quite involved from a loom point point of view as there's a lot that will need cutting out the obd2 loom from the golf. Not sure on your configuration or if you going short runner etc.. but you will need; (from memory) - OBD2 inlet manifold - OBD2 throttle body - OBD2 MAF - OBD2 engine harness - OBD2 Lambda. - OBD2 main ECU wiring loom. cant remember if I needed the OBD2 FCM though. best advise is to plug everything in and then you can see what isn't needed.
  11. There never was a mk2 vr6 so I can only assume one has been retro fitted to a conversion. I was able to fit my old mk3 exhaust onto my mk2 but needed some modifications on the hanger to fit.

  16. I have a 12v and have recently supercharged - V1 chargers are old, but they are solid and cheap ! I paid £700 for my kit - yes it was missing parts and needed a tune- cost me around 1.1 - 1.2k altogether to get it up and running and considering I am running 294BHP I see it as good value for money. V9's are readily available second hand and also a good unit - more likely to be a complete kit but you will be paying around 1.4k (GBP) for a good unit. Always check bearing / seals first as rebuild costs can get expensive if work is needed. Took abou
  17. I thought they were the spark plugs? If you zoom in you can see the plugs ??
