  2. I bedded my clutch in when it was N/A so didn't have that problem But yes you need get a good few miles on it before you give it a good blast .
  3. Hi @mk4 gti golf 2.8 If you click the "community" tab at the top where the menu's are, you can find the classifieds section along with the other sections to ask questions. Let me know if you still struggle? ! Cheers Pete
  4. For reference a good reading is 170 psi on a freshly built engine so seems to be very low across the board with your engine
  5. If goes up on wet test, then I would say more than likely worn rings. What mileage is the engine on?
  6. Give the company an email to confirm if it works ok with older dials? cant see why not though !
  7. I run a Valeo clutch, few people rate them better than sachs Supercharged VR6 @ 294BHP and do take it down strip now and then, has held up fine so far !
  8. Give Vince @ Stealth a call, I'm sure he can recommend a few places !
  9. You could try https://roosemotorsport.co.uk/ They manufactured a small number run for the Corrado a while ago, but probably would involve sending them as a template, no idea on cost for a one-off or if they would even be interested though !
  10. recommend to look on ETKA / VAG-CAT at the hoses and see what patch numbers match up. Generally between variants the top and bottom radiator hoses differ, there may be some common ones but cannot comment on the T4 variant i'm afraid.
  11. 100% Eezibleed when doing anything with fluids on the VR, let us know how you get on
  12. There is a difference between low oil and low pressure, yes lack of oil can cause low pressure but also blockage can as well. I would start with replacing the sensor, they are situated on top of oil filter housing and do not cost a great deal and easier / cleaner job than dropping the pan. If light still continues to flash then time to drop the pan I would guess. How many miles has it done?
  13. Could be an alternator problem or batter problem. Did you have wiring off at any point? Charge the battery and get a multi-meter on the battery when the car is running, it should be a sustained ~ 13.9v if it is reading any less then alternator issues. If your battery has sufficient charge then the symptoms you describe that sounds like a direct result.
  14. Welcome to the forum Great photo of the car, looks like a shot from brazzers !
  15. Low pressure light? Suspect that it could be a faulty sensor or possible oil pump issues (possibly blocked or another reason).
  16. All sounds like normal things happening after a new exhaust it fitted to be honest and probably unrelated to your other issues.
  17. Good man! I will also be at this ! Would like to start pulling a list of names together in advance for this event please guys, so please reply to let me know ! Ta Pete
  18. This should be sorted once and for all. Apologies again [emoji173]️
