  1. I personally haven't, but will be sending my manifold and turbine housing to be coated by them when i get them sorted. Only heard good things about them. Scooby boys love them, Just expensive mind.

  6. Oh and +1 on the bentley, bit expensive but easily pays for itself. Torque specs at hand make it so much easier
  7. Hardest bit is doing the headgasket imo. If your comfortable doing that (read through our how-to on chains, it comes in handy) then the rest is pretty much bolt on. Best of luck!

  13. Scoured ebay for about 3 months for any old project i could work on. Then an absolute minter 5 miles away from me, for a 1/5th of my budget!!!
  14. At first i thought you were joking luke, but then i suppose it does make sense, suppose there wont be any weight differences? How hard is it to apply, as you would have go in from the bottom where the window mech is and reach up?

Hi all, As i will be changing my door cards to leathers, i want to make the most of the job and though about putting something like dynomat inside the doors, should stop a lot of that hollow noise you get off the engine and make a more satisfying noise when you shut the door. Has anyone ever done this before? Any tips or advice? Also aby recommendations on what materials you used and what the result was. Thanks, Dave
  17. Yeah, im after a secobd hand that might be sold as faulty e.t.c
  18. Just need something to use when im not on the desktop, which i will get round to fixing at some point. Basically just the chassis with mobo and cpu. I will be putting a 4GB CF card in it for storage, cd drive preferred but not fussed. RAM, again not fussed 3GB+ will be useful as i may be using it to transcode a few films with. You don't see a lot come up with that spec but you never know

  25. Very true. I have the same with the van the breaks down every 3 days and sounds like someones feeding a cat to a blender.
