    loads on ebay dude, you can get a good working engine for £150, but consider if its above 80k head will need work most likely and chains!

    there easy to do! just lube the subframe bolts up with a fair bit of copper grease!

    thanks pete, obviously i have to set the cylinders to TDC on the pulley mark, when cylinder 1 is at TDC in the far left when you look at the engine from the front what other piston numbers are at tdc on a vr6? im guessing like this picture? 1+6, 2+4 and 3+5

    my mates one has broken again and need to get rid of this golf mk3 gti shell! rolling on rear axle! few bits of scrap inside it, bootlid still on it. last one i weighed in like this got nearly £50 but wasnt as much inside it!
