Control box red wire This is for 12V+ power. It taps into the thick wire in the ECU loom that that goes to ECU Pin 23. This wire is red/blue on OBD1 cars and Black/yellow on OBD2 cars. Control box black wire This is the ground wire. It taps into the thick brown wire in the ECU loom that goes to ECU pin 1 (all models) Control box blue wire This is the wire for the RPM signal. It taps into the green/black wire which goes to ECU pin 22 (all models). This connection to the ECU’s RPM signal wire allows the switch box to read your engine speed and activate the manifold flap at the correct RPM. T
ive got the red tops but got another set of injectors aswell that i will post pictures up of! already got a schrick inlet, de-cat and stainless exhaust! also got 312mm brakes! got a mocal oil cooler also!!!
done that dude by resetting it and no good! drives fine still, just hunts badly on idly after taking it off again! also pops a lot not when coming down the gears!
before i sorted it the car was idling fine, after taking it off and re-fitting the manifold the car is idling like a bastard and the exhaust is popping a lot when i shift down the gears????????
here is the problem, there is a little screw holding the arm to the shaft, this was missing hence why the arm was coming off! found a small screw and its perfect now!!!
can you use the standard mk3 vr6 bolts into the subframe? the r32 bushes are noticeably smaller to stick the bolt through! have not got mine off yet, this is just a old vr6 bush i have!
here is the arm problem, it pops out about 1cm and i have to push it back in with a screwdriver, when its popped in the car feels great but after 5 miles or so it pops out and feels flat and wont open on 4k!
