    That's strange. Yeah someone has messed with it but why? What running conditions do you have?

    Standard from Vw. You get get them in another colour too, blue or red, can't remember off the top of my head. But yeah stick with the original ones. Aftermarket ones tend to break pretty quickly and are no way near as reliable.

    I don't think they are the same are they? Mine is unplugged as it kept getting up to temperature then cutting out. No fault codes though. So it stays out and has no issues

    I think that sensor is for the third stage of fans. Strange that you have it though.

    Haha wow! I know which one I would buy! My friend has just bought a 58 Audi a4. Reasonably basic model, 2.0 tdi, one owner that was Audi, and 15,000 miles on it. £11,000. Which is a bargain for the amount of car it is!

    To be honest you would be better off with a mk5 Gti. Cheaper running cost, performance is nearly as good, and not as likely to get stolen.

    Or just go to the thieves Halfords and get some amp power cable. 4awg or less. They have it on a roll.
