I never even did that, just connected it all back up and cranked it till the fuel made it's way right down the lines again and it fired.

The vr6 has 6, 2 for the front, 2 for the back and 2 to the rear axle

I'm on 17s so with that drop the front splitter will still clear a standard kerb by a few mm

Since this thread I've been paying attention to the ride and going over speed bumps etc. I'm still impressed even after all this time that they are so compliant while being 75mm dropped.

The hoses you need are for a late VR6 with banjo fronts

You need the set of 6 hoses for a late VR with banjo fronts. Goodridge and HEL do them
