  5. There is a thread "Post a single pick of your car" you could have posted this there. Looks like an Anniversary
  6. Make sure the reflectors are in the right side as they are sided. It looks like the clips on the indicator are not holding it in place properly
  7. I would suspect the motor or a jammed cable. I put a new reg in mine which snapped part of the mech off within 2 weeks because the motor was straining been fine since I fitted newer motor.
  8. Most people who use mk4 style lights delete the foglights and indicators in the bumper
  9. They all had rubbers when new but they wear away and don't get replaced if you don't have one on your clutch pedal it should be an mot failure

You buy a genuine vw headgasket then drill the rivets out of it chuck the middle part away (as they are 3 piece) and replace that with the spacer.
  11. Fair do's good luck with it. Sorry I cant help if you need to look at an auto its on my drive at the moment im in Crawley west sussex

440cc injectors 7psi can be done on standard head but you will want more boost sooner or later. better to fit spacer plate with standard vw headgasket split in two if your gunna have the head off to fit better gasket anyway. t03/04 will give the power you want easily.
  13. The K&N if the same as the vr6 or similar will suck the warm air from the engine bay in whereas others (not sure about the typhoon) can be fed with a cold air feed straight into the filter.
  14. Why not just buy a vr6 auto they are cheap as chips nowadays mine will be sold cheap once it has been returned to standard and it comes with all the proper brakes and stuff. Unless your hiding what it really is from somebody .

  16. You could get hold of Hella quads and remove one of the lamps for track use.
  17. The automatic gearbox has its own ecu for learning the way you drive think its under the rear seat but not 100% sure. You will need pedals clutch master etc. Not heard of anybody actually doing it but a few people have asked. If it were me I would swap the loom from a manual into it but that's obviously quite a lot of work unless you were doing a respray at the same time, unless your shell is 100% I would think of selling and buying a manual
  18. You don't need to in his second post he spelt it correctly but it is still irrelevant because the OP has not mentioned what wire he has cut so no need to tell him to get an expensive equaliser which wont fix the problem. If you have a slipping clutch you would not buy a new gearbox
  19. Well none of what he says makes any sense and the thread is 4 months old. Newbie resurrecting old threads.
  20. I have koni coilovers on mine and add to add a 5mm spacer on the rear to stop them touching as did a friend of mine with a different make coilover 205/40/17 is the best tyre size keeping the rolling radius the same or as near as. With your offset you will need bigger spacers but they will fill the arch nicely
  21. Not much point in 10mm ones anyway TBH even turbo'd motor's are ok with standard leads
