  1. If its deffo the pump then yes a new one should sort out the problem but maybe its the abs ecu. When my abs light kept coming on and off it was saying o/s/r sensor but I changed that twice then took it to vag specialist and they confirmed it was the ECU.
  2. No problems just used a ratchet strap first time second time wire brushed and greased.
  3. I had mine fitted on a mk3 golf pointing the front of the car just behind the headlight so didn't fit a cold air feed maybe advisable on a Raddo though. You don't get a drone just amplified standard noise when flooring it hardly notice any difference when driving normally im 44 now. Very difficult to duct anything from a sprinter vent. I would just run cold air feed to front or inside inner wing merc vents will not force feed air so not really worth doing in my opinion. I think you will need to get the sprinter wing and have it cut out and welded in to your wing if you really want it fitted. Y
  4. Bmc cda airfilter for better noise
  5. tightens up the rear end I didn't notice any more noise when I did mine. A job well done and think of the money saved.
  6. Works wonders I sprayed in between my locking rings as well. I found it also works on knackered HT leads but don't spray it and try to start the car at the same time its very flammable.
  7. That's not bad I said 3 hours. What year is your car?
  8. Yep width of wheel and et could make a big difference. 17's should be fine lowered on lowered springs I had to fit spacers on coilovers but make sure the rolling diameter is as near as can be to standard
  9. Don't think you have to disconnect brakes if its a later one without the bias valve. Disconnect them from the hub and unclip the pipes from the axle iirc.
  10. I used chain wax on mine they were free after 1 year. They will always get caked in crap but as long as they stop the rust getting to the threads you can clean and reapply when the time comes. Think its been mentioned as the perfect fix before you can also get spring covers that go over the spring down to the shock not sure how much they cost though.
  11. I did it twice once on mine once on my mates his took longer but I didn't have any problems with bolts on either we took the axle off completely on his think I did one side at a time on mine. 3 hours should be enough
  12. you can release the brake pipes from the axle they just clip in. As above just punch the outside of the metal inwards and it will all fold in then bash it out in one go.
  13. Would be easier if you remove the drivers seat to remove the panel then have plenty of space.
  14. Strong enough but depends how your car is mapped for the torque to come in. If the turbo boosts and power comes in in 1 big bang your likely to blow the gearbox sooner or later.
  15. 3.6 final drive for the gearbox normally from a G60 corrado I believe makes acceleration quicker. Possibly lack of proper maintenance but the vr6 lump is known for uneven bore wear due to the narrow V
  16. Would benefit from a remap but if your looking at other things ie: manifold schrick etc id get those done first as remaps are not cheap
  17. Depends how much they are think I bought mine from storm developments but here's a link to one on ebay.de http://www.ebay.de/itm/vw-vr6-head-spacer-9-1-c2-style-Turbo-/181410276497?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a3ce52491
  18. TPS is the trade version of VW main dealer there is one in Crawley and one in Burgess Hill
  19. Great thread revival. Sorry I cant answer your questions though.
  20. VW headgasket I would imagine 2mm would be fine but I don't know enough about it tbh I had one think it was 2.5mm but I was going to run a turbo.
  21. yes you can run n/a with spacer plate. Ebay.de is the cheapest place to buy one once you have decided how thick you need it to be.
  22. And no doubt recommend what else you need
  23. CALICO

    Wobbly seats

Plenty on ebay under vw seat runner guide I would probably go for genuine vw ones if you can as the pattern ones may be cheap plastic
