  1. Btw, looking at your other thread, those injectors look like 440cc green tops, not 330 as suggested?
  2. No probs, I'm no expert by any means but have been where you are now and appreciated the help I got at the time! I think the Schimmel doesn't work with OE fuel rail which means you do need that adjustable FPR. Once you get it running, make sure do your setup at 3bar as that's what OBD2 requires and what you should be mapped for. Once it's running sweet knock it up a wee bit for some pops and bangs
  3. Good info. What pins have you used for each supply on the relay? Should be like this; Pin 87 - Out to your inline pump Pin 86 - Trigger from original pump plug (I think it's red with yellow tracer) Pin 85 - earth Pin 30 - constant live What Kind of short runner is that in your sig? Can you not run A standard fuel rail with it therefore your need for an adjustable fpr? Have you checked the chip in the ecu hasn't come loose or anything? Strange that your injectors aren't firing.. You should give UM a shout for some software especially since you're using a 4" maf.
  4. Hello chiefs, nice to put faces to names
  5. Change your plugs to NGK BKR7E's and gap them to 0.022" for a start, probably not your problem at this point though. Your software is either C2 or Stealth, can't be both! Can you describe how you have your fuel pump wired? You should have a constant live going to relay and use the OE trigger wire going to OE pump to switch the relay on and off as it would normally. Why are you using an adjustable FPR? Are you OBD1 or 2? Also, have you gt a 4" maf housing in there or standard one?
  6. What plugs are you running and what have you them gapped to? What injectors and software are you using? Any corrosion on pins on engine multiplug or ecu plug? Really could do with your inline pump wired up properly and working too although that won't be affecting spark.
  7. Endless tuning possibilities, especially if you decide to go FI. As far as the rear wheel drive setup goes it might be worth looking into the B5 Audi Quattro route as some of the Americans use VR6's instead of the conventional Audi/Passat V6. VW do the bellhousing conversion plates etc. just a thought though! Never seen anyone put one in a kit car though and would be good to see
  8. If you're that struck on a 3.2 then still buy a 4 motion and swap the head for a R32 one, that way the inlet manifold etc will be R32 and no one will ever know the difference! Just makes more else financially but if that's not your concern then stick to your plan! Also, just to reiTerate what's already been said, don't waste money on standalone, factory management is far better suited to these setups. Get your looms hybrided up and immo defeat etc done.
  9. Why des everyone overlook the 2.8 24v BDE 4 motion which is essentially the same bar slight difference in head and cylinder bore? You can buy a whole car for what it takes to buy what you need for an R32 setup plus have all the parts to sell that you don't use to leave you a potential free conversion! I know as I have done this twice this year already
  10. Shouldn't be, hole in bulkhead is big enough to get something through to hook the spring. Could be talking through my arse here though but seem to remember one on mine!
  11. I think there's a spring on the bar that comes up either back of the dash where the cable clips in through the bulkhead, is that attached?
  12. Looks really good mate! Handles turned out well
  13. That's the only benefit! Not worth paying stupidly more money for an extra few cc's IMO!
  14. Why didn't you buy a RHD manifold? Bit of a pain in the ass to have to move the reservoir?!
  15. Cool, I'll maybe get out some time
  16. We sold 8 John Deere 6930's and dump trailers over there from Northern Ireland for making new roads or something. Think there were another couple arrived this week. Slightly off topic lol but thought i'd share that with you!
  17. I have a used one here, £40 plus postage if you want it.
  18. Fella that owns it did all the bodywork, prep and paint himself. Rear arches are extended to fit 11" rears lol.
  19. Hello Lloyd! Fancy seeing you on here lol. These will be a nightmare to fit, 17's yes, 18's no.
