  1. correct me if i´m wrong, but it seems that alot of u guys are making aproxx 400 hp with the stock gearbox. . . . . . .fact?
  2. atp turbo 4 me also. Good company.
  3. WOW!!!!!! sick install, but nicel done. Get a custom bracket for the alternator. dont know where u could get it done, but should be possible.
  4. What causes this is apparently that the lack of spark from the coil. The spark is constant, but the injectors differ the amount of petrol squirted into the cylinder, so if u accelerate hard it gives more fuel. If u then have a weak spark it wont ignite the fuel and your car goes like four buckets of feces. With bigger injectors I guess the problem gets worse!
  5. Hi there, no sparks or arching, even with water on, so i guess you dont have to see them. Its quite expencive, but it will break after a while, so my advise would be to get a new one. Or try your friends coil that works. It REALY runs like crap when u have this problem. got a new grunt to the engine with the new one, lets see if the mpg drops;).
  6. I was told in Holland by the vr6 specialist that my obd1 95 was the best one to go FI on. Didnt ask why. Dont think there is that much difference actually.
  7. If u fabricate a bracket i guess it would work. Do u have a link to pics? interested to see.
  8. Hi, i started noticing some weeks ago that my Vr6T had a judder/missfirer, but I did´nt think much about it at the moment. . . . . Then it got worse, MUCH worse, It was like being shock like a dog when giving it some stick. It was worse when going up a hill and shifting down to a lower gear while accelerating. So i searched the forum and after some tome i decided to take a look at the coilpack, it had a small crack in it so I bought one new from fleabay. http://global.ebay.com/gbh/viItem?ItemId=140271096735 Not that expencive i imo. costs 500quid from vw in Norway. It cured the problem and m

  11. its also helping against corotion. With it running, it minimizes bubbles that acumulates in the top due to heat. A new one is quite expencive tough. Cost me around 150 quids. . The copper pipe could be used for some time i guess, but only until u can afford a new/used pump.
  12. Sorry, my computer is also sick;).
  13. Its for electronic diagnosting your engine. You hook up a laptop to your cars ECU and it reads it, it will let u know if your car is sick or healthy:). Its what they use on modern cars and for vw audi its called VAG COM.
  14. I think the bumper will be to big for a spray can. . . . . but maybe you can do the groundwork and get it finished by a pro
  15. This is quite amasing, I remember reading about this a LONG time ago. Let us know how it works out for you.
  16. Going to try this one as I am reaching for more boost. My box syncs bad when going in reverse (And I always wait some time before engaging the gear) and I havent changed the Oil in two years:(. (shame on me)
