  2. My Vr6T is home :-d, and its FAST. I meen Holy sh** it just pulls and pulls. My right tire is now slick! Drove home from Holland, but without wastegate dumptube or returnpipe so max speed was 130 kmh or 80 mph and that speed sucks on the autobahn. My good friend Marius middlename Garmin;), directed us south for 3 hours, and when we found out Paris was closer than Hamburg! Hmmmmm do you think we reached our ferrie? Nope, so we drove the WHOLE way. When I went to bed I had been awake for 36 hours. But all in all it was worth it:). [lightbox=../../e107_files/public/1184165992_3532_FT170577_dsc00
  3. If you had gone one kmh more you would have been fined 640;). I have learned where the speed cameras are, but if I'm driving somewhere I dont know I will use your tirck. You can also get a speed camera warning module. Its legal in Norway and alerts if you are driiving to fast when a camera iis aproatching. Yes and the fuel consumption is a good point;). My vr6t uses ALOT!
  4. Hi, I live in Norway and know some of the rules. (no specialist though). The Swedish and Norwegian police work together in these cases, If you get a speeding ticket in sweden (and you are Norwegian living in Norway) you will get it in your mail. Its the same with toll roads. But since you had your UK plates on, they may not be able to track it down. Norway is very strict when it comes to speedlimits, so my advise: do not drive trough Norway, but if you must, just keep the speedlimit untill you get to a country with a little more sivilaised laws;). Remember that you could go to jail if you dr

I´ve had mine two years and its great. Drove my friends mk4 1.6 (that car is SLOW) for two weeks and the way I drive (i´m a pizza delivery boy;)) it used more petrol than the vr6. Seriously! So there u go . . . . buy the vr.
  9. The company is called "Vr6specialist" www.vr6specialist.com/start.php And yes they seem to do nothing but tune and fix Vr6 and R32. Seemed like the logical place to take my car:). After talking to a lot of tuners in Norway i decided that it was hopeless:(. One even hung upp on me while I was talking:(. Yes my car is LHD and the kit is suplied with a front mount intercooler. This kit is made for american spec Vr6es so The Vr6specialist told me that they are going to have to cut away alot of my bumper to fit the cooler. (US spec have greater clearance apperantly). (Not totally sure on this bit
  10. 111000k cains done as I write;).
  11. Talked to the specialist today and they advised me not to use the cartech FMU with the upgraded fuelpump (wich is suplied in the kit). They told me that on mid-range it would be "jumpy" and not smooth at all. So the FMU and fuelpump are replaced with just new injectors, and that should solve the problem. Also the greddy blowoff valve (type S) was not a good option, so now its sold and replaced with another (with a lighter feather). They seem to know what they are talking about so I find myself taking their advises (lets see how it goes) They also replaced my cluch with a racing cluch. The o
  12. Hi, I would check the rear lights. I checked mine (after my car was blinking and breaking randomly) and the circuitboard (where the lamps fit) where ALL rusted. Got them changed approx 20quids. The connectionplug to the rear lights where also malfunctioning. Check that all leads are conecting properly.

Last Thursday me and Stig went for a small trip to Holland to vissit the Vr6specialist. So we packed our bags (with my ATP stage 2 turbokit) and drowe down (from Norway). We drove for 14 hours straight and now my baby is in the shop. Cant wait. . . . . Posted one pic and more will arrive when i get it back.
