  1. as long as it mates to the vr6 down pipes properly under the car i am sure it would be fine as you would have to use the mk2 set up or have one made otherwise, it will be f***ing loud though!!!
  2. lol....i guess your right, i am carefull where i leave my cars too, they hardly ever get left in the same place twice which does deter the serious thief and like you say most chav thieves want an easy car to nick..usually a metro or an old ford or vauxhall!!! i doubt many of these retards would know how to drive a more modern car away unless they got a lo loader???? still thats what insurance is for! i would be mighty pissed off if any car i owned was nicked but they can always be replaced! if it was a 911 i was getting or a furry then i would buy an uzi and have bodyguards too! the world is f
  3. petrol is the answer! kill em all let god sort em out!
  4. maybe they just dont have any taste warren? maybe they prefer that plasticky rubbish from the land of the rising sun? i know what roper means about the scum element being atracted to an R32, as i am shortly to upgrade my VR6 to one i do have some reservations about driving around and leaving a 15k car lying around the place!! i guess you just gotta be carefull where you leave it! i do have a special security device at home for it! a garage a pair of dobermans a baseball bat and me! i might get a tracker fitted just in case though
  5. its a strange thing humour! i found that video funny when i first saw it too about 3 years ago... then one of my friends was killed by a real car bomb in iraq at bagdhad airport, it kinda makes it less amusing and it probably wouldnt be found funny by anyone involved in the london bombings last year, i know its supposed to be light hearted but it is a little sick when you think about it!
  6. same as what i paid for my toyos, of www.mytyres.co.uk i have stuck with toyos for the last 4 years they give good mileage and grip, the yokos are probably as good or even better tyres but i had a bad time with yokos a few years back on a mk1 gti it ate them within 6 months!!! very soft compound i found, the toyos seem a bit harder and as said the ride is nice even with 205`s stretched on an 8" wide rim
  7. cold engine, no fuel and its in KM on the speedo, tells you a lot about the owner really!!!
  8. fuel consumption is about the same on a MK4 4mo as my VR6, my mate sold his v6 FTO to get the golf and it uses half the fuel that jap thing did! fuel consumption is down to how you drive it, but i can honestly say the 4 mo is a lovely car to drive, interior is lovelyand the outside with it subtle looks and no roof spoiler it is really minimalist, standard suspension isnt that firm but saying that there are dangers in lowering them as you can muck up the haldex diff apparantly.
  9. my mate has just bought a V6 fourmotion about 2 months ago, he loves it, and it is a really nice spec car full black leather etc, its de badged on the boot and its a real sleeper car, sounds nice too! he paid around 6k on a Y plate
  10. spooky sanks it may even be the same car?? trust lee to start a stalking campaign based on car colour "as you do" just watch the german bird lee, i have seen some of them films, some weird shit them lot get up to
  11. I Saw a very bizzare combination the other day! in a car park at a military show near Maidstone i saw what i first thought was a mulberry highline VR6, as i walked over to have a look... as you do, i saw it had balck arch trims and sills!! VR6 solitude alloys and a cloth interior!! now i was confused!! it was an R reg car badged GTI front and rear!! it was definately mulberry as mine was parked nearby, it may have been a last body shell job?? or a bitsa but it was very clean and looked after, guess it could be a thrown together at the factory job? just weird how it had the arch trims though as
  12. undoubtedly the VR6 (h) is an awesome little car in its own right and will be for years to come i am sure......but i thought that about my 1978 mk1 gti (h) ....and the 1983 mk1 gti (h) ..and the mk1 cabriolet gti (h) .....and my Golf Rallye (h) .... its just you cant keep them all !!!!!! i think owning these vehicles from one of the best marketed brands with build quality and affordably priced cars in the world is the appeal for me, i love (l) all VW`s not just the one i have at the minute!! AMEN
