Exactly as Pittuf says but if that fails you could try to update the printer firmware to a newer version, the firmware is the software that runs on the printer i.e. the menus etc... I think it unlikely that there will be an update as the 1012 is a fairly recent model but you never know!

and by the way you can just slap an SC on and away you go, the VR lump is over-engineered and will take the FI without internal mods...

IMO: the vento FE is a very tricky bit of styling, if done well it looks like the dogz nutz, but a tiny error in judgement and you end up with an expensive nightmare that people will cringe at... I personally wouldn't do it as i love the golf FE, smooth, rounded and agressive without looking chav, but i can understand why you would want to do the vento conversion, good luck if you go for it mate... -

B6MFD: I'm just about to sell my VR as i'm leaving the country... It's a 3 door 1995 N VR6 Golf 104K complete VW or VW specialist history in excellent condition, more than 8 months MOT and more than 6 months TAX remaining. Hello mate, i'm not quite sure why you can't get a car but here's some instructions... Go to single player and then click go? (just tested it on my work PC, never been run on it before so my race points from S1 make no difference that i was thinking could have been the problem) You can also goto single player and then select garage where you can then select the one of three cars you can choose from in the demo version. You can then add some A.I. drivers to the race if you want and perhaps re-add youself if you've taken yourself out by mistake. If you want to go straight online, join a race s
