I seem to go through a set of tyres every 8k, I don't drive too hard but I drive a lot, I currently have a set of falken 512 which are better than what came with the car hankook ventus sport tyres but do I need to replace this often?? I am getting the tracking and alignment done as I think it is way out and looking at getting the camber done also. Wanted to know if anybody else has had any similar problems?

Help please, I need to get my camber done a the garage that fitted new springs doesn't have camber tools to balance, does anybody know of one in Berkshire, Surrey or hamhire?

thinking of replacing my rear discs and pads, is it worth upgrading to drilled and fast pagid as I have that on front but not sure of real benifit putting on rear??

i love my Vr6 but I use it for heavy driving (13k), had it since June last year and spent nearly 3k on work on her and still need more work as the wheel bering I think are playing up given the noise coming out of her so will be getting rid of mine due to costing me a fortune. The person who has mine next will have a right minter of an engine shes drive fantastic but all the work is killing me.

update, the noise is unbearable, it's loaduer than my exhaust which is saying something!! it is making a wo,wo noise (sorry only thing I can think of!!) from 10mph and just gets louder the fast I drive. Make a little more going around corners, could it be the CV boot???

Q - how long do wheel bearings last and anyone had faulty ones before??? Had my fronts done in July last year and they have gone again, just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone before???

Has anybody else used this, i filled up a couple of tanks with this stuf and it did give slight improvement on the performance and I mean slight but wow how quick did the car drink it, I lost around 50 iles er tank full, anybody else tried it?

mate just read your message again and that is really expensive 90 notes for a head gasket change as I go mine done and front wheel bearings done for 500 quid. If the VW garage are not wil ing to fix it, sue the Ba@tards, as 900 quid is a lot of money.

Standard VR6, had engine rebuilt a few months ago, new throttle body installed at same time, automatic. When the car i in neutral it's fine but when in gear the idle drops to 600 and slightly below, is this enough?

a little concern my engine dips below 600rpm when coming to a stop and doesn't feel right once warmed up, is this normal as it's onlt just started recently. the car has stalled considering it's an automatic which I find strange but need toknow if anybody has had this and what shold I do???
