  1. You may have lowered it and still have the OE bumpstops so its hitting them and banging and jumping all the time.
  2. Will get some pics of mine up asap, They do stick out more than on yours Andrew, so don;t look as good, but I can lift mine clear of bonnet when washing it etc....
  3. Cars been delayed going into bodyshop so looks like I'll be there, in same state and stonechipped form!
  4. Got them on mine and if you use two RHSide ones they clear the bonnet fine on my Mk3!
  5. These work well on Mk1's and Mk2's not tried one on Mk3
  6. Is mine on this one Han? Or is it the one you already sent me?
  7. LOL, u need to ask twice!
  8. Once a week, or more depending on weather, but always try and keep my rims clean, so sometimes daily on them! (
  9. LOL, yeh mate especially next time I need some electrical stuff sorted!
  10. Bloody hell Justin your neighbours must love you, 1st Betty in bits out the front, then all the noise form the Buffing EVERYNIGHT, and then 18 cylinders throbbing in the car park, lol! Nice work guys!
  11. I've done quite a few runs at the pod in mine, although its not charged, but has a shrick, but no chip so being held back as knock sensors holding power back. Best time, 14.3 (no leather, only drivers seat!) Best time, 14.6 (complete with ICE and interior!) Think this proves that its all down to traction and launch with a front wheel drive car, as Mintys car is far quicker than mine on the open road!
  12. Have got a mate with a newer style one, with the improved flywheel/clutch etc... and I still wipe the floor with it! And I mean wipe the floor with it! Have also had some proper controlled races, on private land (organised by The Golf+ mag.) and lets just say the guy in the Civic did NOT want to be featured in any part of the magazine feature after being destroyed all day long by my VR! LMFAO!
  13. They look like Vogtland Springs to me which is generally the springs that come with the SSK Koni kit, which this set up looks like it is. The Official UK importer of these SSK kits, get the shocks and boxes in direct from Koni and then bulid up kits by adding the Vogtland springs, then distrupt them to the shops etc... You can, as has been rightly said, ask for different springs at an additional cost, but the ones in the pic are the same colour powder coat as the Vogtland ones. Hope this helps.
  14. LOL, No worries Mike (You got PM!)
  15. Nah, I recon the main problem you'll have is being so slow at anything mechanical, you want to get a mate to help ya! ;o)
  16. Totally agree with SeaDemon, and if you wait till Inters Bonrath always have a stand there.
  17. LOL, more RH's! They look awesome mate, there was a very nice black 3 door VR floating about at some shows last year with a set on, and that looked lovely, as I'm sure yours does, in the flesh!
  18. Try Adrian Flux Andy, never been any good before for me but this year they beat Greenlight hands down and very good with modded VR's.
  19. Yeh if cars not gone in for body work, then I'll be there!
