    hey mate, i bought some genuine leads about a month ago for my OBD2. The kit came with 7 leads. 6 red and one black for the dizzy cap models. Since i dont need the black one and it is brand new, you can have that if you want?????

    Wow this thread got me thinking, so i done some research and tonight i have found my blue SR nova on ebay, currently £700. Looking abit pimp my ride, but was mint when i had it. K14TAF

    No need to remove coolant tank top hose, just take cap off tank and remove bottom rad hose. Flush through, you can buy radiator flushes etc if you want. Reconnect lower hose and fill, (not sure how many litres) Check for leaks, run engine and as the water circulates around the system it will get rid of any air bubbles. You will probably see the level in the tank going down so refill to min-max line.

    Dont see how the rear bushes could effect camber. Think you can buy camber shims which mount to the beam between the hub. Behind the brake dust sheild!!! Infact type in (vw camber shim) and there is a thread on gti-vr6.net

    blaster thats just what i wanted to know. The problem car is a 2002 audi a3. So probly same as mk4. The pipe runs up rear passenger pillar? So hopefully i wont need to remove the headliner then

    Trackday- I appreciate yor comments but my leak must be coming from the roof. if i remove headlining will i see the pipe. And is it easy to remove the headlining

    Well you would normally use 312mm discs with the boxster brakes. problem is im not sure they will fit under your schmidts

    to save creating a new thread ill join this. My parents have a 2002 A3 5 door. And mum is always complaining the rear washer doesnt work. Today i had a look. Firstly the pump sounds but no water. Then i noticed water dripping from passenger side of engine bay. Found a hose was not connected. Problem solved or so i thought. Now when i use the rear jet its more of a dribble than a jet. And loads of water poors out from rear passenger wheel arch under the bumper. there must be a split in the pipe in the headlining. where does the pipe run any suggestions advice please????

    Thanks for all the replies. I have been searching my bentley manual today and i guess the connecting rod is the fault. havn't got time to look at it today so will have to wait.

    If you remove the old one you will be left with a small hole. probably about 10mm, so providing your new aerial is the same fitting anything goes. Or you could flush the hole and have a hidden areial like some modern cars

    No not that, just been researching that. No irregular noise at all, just the handle doesn;t feel connected to anything,.

    Do you just want to change the rubber washer, or the aerial itself? You could probably stick any bee-sting on, they are all similar fitting.

    Thanks NAT thats helpful, but i wonder what the fault is. I have tried looking it and unlocking with the key but makes no difference.

    Finished work at 10pm after having a shocking day. Pressed my central locking button, lights flashed as normal. Pulled the drivers handle and nothing. The pin has popped up, but the handle just feels like its not even connected to anything. No click or tension. Climbed in threw passenger side and the interior handle wont open the door either. Again no tension. What needs replacing and how do i get door card off if i cant open the door. Please help this is seriously irritating me.
