    the guide rail looks easy enough.....its just how to change the tensioner rail im not sure about.

    oh dear! think ive found the rattling,....172,000 without em done. tensioner rail couple of chunks out the guide rail, and about half way its snapped in half too! this is how the car stands atm below.....kinda need it for work so im a bit stuck atm :S didnt think that far ahead lol. tomoz gonna get the guide rail, tensioner, tensioner rail, rocker gasket (splits everywhere!) and coil pack - so should be running sweet, sooner the better! 2 questions tho.....i can change the upper rails from this point cant i? no more needs to come off? any info/help on removing them would be nice plus, the

    nah the bolts prob jus snapped off so doubt water will get in. mine came off ages ago! along with lots of other stuff lol

    i think even tho mines an obd1 ive been lucky enough to land the obd2 abs pump and 288's.....and the abs must pick up from somewhere else? where as uve got the obd1 stuff.....will have to check i think! ive not got that many wires and sensors down there!

    as far as i kno yes its exact same box, jus different selector. crown wheel and pinion are 19-70 or 3.68

    cant help, but id like to kno this too. i kno when its low on gas it doesnt work at all - not even the light comes on. but i had my system cleaned, checked and gassed and it worked mint for 3-4 days....then didnt....but when it was working the compressor had a loud click when it started up. dont kno anything about aircon but been told theres a clutch, could that be shot?

    as soon as i find my bank card im gonna order one i think. mines cracked in so many places - thank god for zip ties tho!!!
