    remove the linkage from the selector on the box and see if u can select gear on the actual box. use the weight, should be springy up and down and feel nice going in gears left and right...

    yea id had my epoxy stuff but its gone hard wait till im back at work and find some more lol silicon aint worked at all. how did u sort that? its so close to the actual connecter block im not sure how to do it properly....

    let us kno if u manage to get one, i'm of all this week but will have a look at work when i go back monday. we have hundreds of gearboxes up stairs (no vr or g60, checked all the codes lol) but some must be the same. or theres a scrappy in astley with a smashed up vr in, take a spanner and just pocket it lol

    ive just had a full read through that msd upgrade and unfortunately they dont seem to last. read through 15 pages and up to page 14 they were brilliant! then they started breaking down to quick, shame cos it seems like a really good idea and alot of work went into it! standard coil it is then....

    my cars been running a bit rough recently, tbh i havent got the money to just go all out and do a massive service on it.....so doing it bit by bit! started by cleaning out the cone air filter and re oiling it all with the proper stuff, then cleaned the idle valve, cam sensor and airflow sensor....its had an oil filter or 2, the oil gets done regularly cos its 'free' from work (if they dnt see ya lol) and ive had to weld up the sump a couple of times :S had a lovely day off, she'd gone out with a friend so had check over it, noticed one of the wires to the airflow sensor is exposed! also the

    cant help cos ive got same prob.....passenger relay clicks but seat dont seem to get hot, and drivers jus dont work at all....not had a look yet but might investigate this weekend as its got colder now

    yea i noticed that, was having a little fun in it the other day and was on the limiter without realising for a bit! its almost tooooooo quiet but does drive better. feels frantic and thrashy with the cone and smooth and torquey with the airbox - amazing wot difference it makes!!! tho used to love planting my foot and make it roar to impress chavs lol :-p
