    Whats wrong with your subframe that it needs replacing? Rear discs and wishbones are fairly easy to do any garage can do them and could supply pattern parts. You could upgrade your bushes instead of changing the wishbones to R32 rear or polybush them.

    Generally if an engine has seized due to lack of oil its because the bearings have welded themselves up IE: big end bearings so you may need a new crankshaft if its damaged the bores then it will need a rebore. Seriuosly not worth doing better of getting a cheap second hand lump and rebuilding that.

    You should get your own thread started. Looks good interesting that you have it all turbo'd up but so few posts have you any history of the making of it?

    I want to do this but not sure when next year could be good if it does not cover any bank holidays

    Yes they should fit no problem only some 16's wont fit over them but I never had that problem

    Or 312 mm discs and carriers on standard 288mm calipers, depends why you want to upgrade.

    You'll need to do this anyway if you decide to fit a quick rack like I will be doing from an R32 or Vrs or cupra r. It could just need a 4 wheel alignment to get it all back to standard settings

    I don't think that wire fits to anything I believe the sensor is blank (if its the same one I think your on about)

    Lower strut brace will help if you have a manual not sure if they fit autos but you cant buy them off the shelf . I have one for sale soon.

    We need to be at Southam for 09:00 it takes about 50 minutes to get there form Toddington services and takes 26 minutes to get there from south mimms. Are those going to South Mimms meeting those at Toddington ?? If they are we could leave Souths mimms at 07:15 get to Toddington at about 07:40 leave there latest 08:00 to get to southam at 09:00 ill be going from Crawley now so will meet you guys at South mimms.

    16" isn't possible with R32 you need 17" for R32 16" for 312mm
