I hope you have an alarm fitted if you remove the immobiliser. You should fix it/ remove it before it packs up altogether I replaced the ignition ring on mine and it was fine. Fairly cheap on ebay.
No no just saying my diesel is more powerful and quicker than my vr was nothing to do with figure competitions I know yours is double mine plus some lol
I think its just the bolts that he needs! Am I right? as I have a spare couple just removed from my 288 I would have thought they would be cheap enough to get from Vw or TPS maybe even a motor factors
You can run a charge cooler (water-air) instead of intercooler(air-air) relocate your battery to your boot and fit the charge cooler there. Nobody does a kit as such as everybodys needs are different big turbo takes a more time to come on boost and then BANG It hits in one big lump a smaller turbo will spool quicker but will run out of boost earlier. Lloads of different turbos to choose from T03/T04 is relatively cheap full roller bearing turbo will cost a lot. The inlet manifold is a matter of choice wether you want one made or off the shelf, 660cc injectors are probably the better ones to go
