  1. on standard shocks they wont rub,however TT wheels comes at different offsets,mine are 7.5 x 17 32et and they rub on the side wall (lower suspension 35mm)
  2. speaking from experience,renew all the seals / O rings...i didn't and had to do the job twice. 2x o rings for crack pipe 1x seal thermo housing to block 1x o ring thermo fr housing 1x o ring thermo housing 3x o ring sender switches (yello,blue,brown) a bottle of G12 coolent I've posted the part no.s for the above on this section yesterday look in "water leak" good luck.
  3. ye,the one directly under the abs/ecu unit on the right-hand side,what is the best way to remove/replace.

  5. The rear engine mount, gear box side,is it easy to do/replace.

  10. did you steam clean or jet washed your engine bay if so it could be abit of water got in to the oil,it happen to me when i jetwashed my engine bay,i had the exact thing,a change of oil/oil filter did the trick.

  12. Rolling is when the arch is being bend/folded inward and up. Flaring is when the arch is being push/stretched outward. i think?

  14. the sharan disc are 5x112 pcd and the vr6 are 5x100 pcd.
  15. The only way to tell which filter is best for the vr for bhp is to do a group test on the dyno.
  16. with the engine running,take a reading with a volt meter across the battery, if the alternator is ok you should have more then 12V output.
  17. check your brake/clucth fluid level.top up to max level,pump your clutch a few times,now try it.
  18. the reducer ring that fit over the cat has a Z slit along its lenght,after you fit the reducer on the cat a small amont of paste along the Z slit will seal the joint. the fluid is water from condensation.
