  2. they are 17" with 205/40 rubber . genuine rims do popup sometimes on ebay or you can buy replica...in 16"/17"
  3. yer,got fed up of cleaning the BBs,simple 5 spokes easy to keep clean. Of all the VW OEM wheels,the monicas looks the best on the mk3 imo.
  4. i would like to update my head lights,.. will i lose the up/down electric adjustments if i fit non standard lights . like the look of hellas angel eyes,do thy come in smoke ?
  5. full system mate,3 box type,can always replace front box with thru pipe if uprate engine later on.
  6. Replace ALL O rings and seals,make sure the new thermostate go back in the same way.
  7. if i can do it again i'll have 15"x7" et35. 17" looks good but harsh ride.picks up any imperfection of road surfaces. 16" in between.

  9. standard engine standard parts,don't bother with so call performance one unless your motor is highly tune. i bought a set from the stealers £80 incl.vat look in the - for sale section - (mortor parts supplies),i think Vdubgirl do some nice leads.
  10. originally the badges were attached with double sided sticky foam tape,if you r silliconing them ,then used the translucent type for a better finish.

  12. Here is mine Jetex twin 80mm 2.5" bore xorst. Hangs spot on , nice and quite,it barks when warm put your foot down it RRROOOAAARRR !!!! (6) side view......it doesn't stick out.

  16. i'm no mechanic too,"hydraulic tappets" works on oil pressure does it not ?very interested to know the real results all the same.
  17. naaa, the police wouldn't be able to put 2&2 together .
  18. Look in your owners' manual,(service interval display)it tells you how to reset the servive display.
