    Cheers everyone. Think the SSK's & Eibach are what i was hoping most would go for. Cheers for the advice Slim, will see how the springs are on the SSK kit first before doing anything rash. Once again thanx.

    Couldn't resist, temptation was just too strong, managed to get hold of a set of TT Competition Rims off ebay and so now need to relly start studying Suspension Kits. So i'm gonna ask every to vote on either. Koni SSK & Eibach ARB's Koni Coilovers FK Konigsport Coilovers Please help me decide.

    That is one very nice VR M8. Never realized that the VR could come with cream leather. Very rare indeed. Congratulations Stevie, looks like u got a winner there. Worth every penny IMO.

    LHD maybe? I know they did a 4x4 style jobbie with the spare strapped to the tailgate.

    DSP do a really nice set of MK4 style skirts IMO. Very pricey though, have a butchers at www.eurotekonline.com and follow the lionks from there. Looking to get these myself.

    Think you got either 25mm or 40mm versions on the SSK kits with adjustable damping. Anyone got any pics of a 40mm drop on their VR? Front arches have been rolled so don't think rubbing will be a problem.

    Try Gwent VW m8. They'll ship 'em to you and are pretty cheap compared to others, and are nice people to chat to. Silverlines are the same as the Konigsports I think only they're a little more BLING BLING.

    If it's any help Nick, my textured top bumpers are getting sanded down to a smooth surface before painting. So yaeh, it can be done. Wanted the smooth look too, but was put off by the fact the bodyshop was talking about fibreglass and stuff, so didn't go for it in the end.
