I might be up for it at easter Aswad depening on the money situation - saving for a flat and dont wanna sell the car! Im doing Eurothrash in June & to the ring in Sept with Eurothrash. Playing GT4 helped me memorise some of the ring but nothing can prepare you for it! The game doesnt have any of the gradients of the real thing & it took me around 5 consecutive laps before I started to push myself and take chances but as 'VWSyncro' said it can go from a dream to a nightmare in an instant - its approx 14miles a lap which has around 75 corners. Make sure you have plenty of life left on

A friend of mine has an 03 325i - really nice car for cruising around in and for motorways etc but wouldnt be as good as the S4 or R32 for some 'spirited' driving on the twisty bits a really nice car overall.

Personal preference at the end of the day - I've had a BMC & didnt like it but each to their own, my car sounded standard with the BMC which I didnt like, I like a bit of noise. It seems like this induction topic comes up every week! Can someone make it a sticky?!

Mine takes in hot air in traffic but who cares - having cold air in traffic is irrelvant to me - on on an open road theres hardly anything in it

Im sure Nerih has nothing to do with it - just seems odd that he's dissapered which im sure is just a conincidence - he's done got nothing to hide, he was 1 of the lucky ones who paid and got it all fitted! -
I never gave it a thought to be honest but in a life or death towing situation I would just take the front bumper off as its only a couple of bolts - fingers crossed it hasnt needed towing yet & wont. If it did ever need towing I'd ask for a flat bed and they could drag it on backwards As Nick said - if its been pranged properley it wouldnt matter! Only other problem, as we saw at Stealth is with rolling roads! Stealth is the 1st place I've seen where they attatch to the front of the car - I dont see the logic in attatching something to the front of a car which if leapt off the rolle

I had a theory that I was gonna keep to myself but I was talking about this whole UT thing to a mate and he said it reminded him of an updated version of the what the old market traders used to do - talk up there product to a crowd & have someone (a friend etc) planted in the crowd willing to buy their product so that others would follow suit ie: falling for the scam that it was - seems to me that as soon as Rob's dissapeared, so has Nerih... I could be wrong but it just seems odd that he's dissapeared too!

If your doing the chains I would have thought its best to do them all whilst you've got the gearbox etc off - no point in half doing the job, save taking it all apart again. Im no expert but if I have to have mine done I will get everything replaced.

Did you hear from Strictly Dubs? What did they say? Have you asked on Ed38 if anyone has a spare engine etc - if someone has at least you can trust them more a little bit more than someone you'll find on ebay or from at a breakers

Mine never goes further than half way - not even when I drove to Germany ie: flat out for ages in temps of 100f +
