    Anyone going to the prept meet at Brands this wednesday? They've got use of the track all evening, its mainly german cars on the track but as my car sold last week I've got a taster session that I booked available for £20 if anyone wants it? You'll need to be there for the briefing at 18.20 - the 20 mins session starts at 19.20. Its quite a big meet usually with a few hundred cars turning up.

    Through my race team I've met someone that makes carbon fibre parts for race cars & he said he can make anything I wanted in carbon - he even has a carbon fibre business card! Anyone interested in any bits for their cars? I'd have to take whatever it was that I wanted creating in carbon to him to create a mould but once he's done 1 he'll be able to make them easily. The more complex a piece the more it would cost.

    Sorry Sanks yeah your right, I got my bulbs confused - dunno where I was getting H4 from! Found a UK seller on ebay doing them posted for about £50 so Im gonna go for them and get a set for the bike aswell :0)

    Ah but the bulbs arent H7 - the projector lamp bulbs are H4's and the full beam bulbs are H1. That bloke wants £19.99 if you want to collect the kit from him!

    Has anyone with Inpro R32 headlights fitted HID's? If you have what bulbs did you get? Hi/Lo or what - Im well confused with it!     When fitting these brembos & larger VAG discs (Im going with 312's) will I need a spacer still or is this just needed if i was using standard calipers with the 312's Hope that makes sense! Cheers

    Was out in my car a couple of weeks ago, went in the shop, come out & drove off and got to the end of the road and the brake pedal went to the floor! Limped home using the handbrake and could see that the brake fluid had p*ssed out of the drivers side rear brake system - cars got braided lines fitted they look ok. Is there anywhere else thats normally a weak spot that fails or is it going to be a case of filling it and seeing where its coming out of? Cheers

    They'll go straight on mate - I think you sometimes get an issue with fitting the centre caps tho due to the bearing cover (I think) sticking out too much so you can give it a little tap with a hammer or fit a small hub spacer to get round the prob

    Hi mate - where abouts can you get these size discs for around £130? Im after something around 320mm x 30mm Im using 4 Pot Brembo's and 17" BBS Wheels - I dont want the biggest discs possible just something thats not going to be a total pain in the backside to fit with loads of mucking about with clearances and what not. Cheers

    You could try ebay or buy a Samco hose kit and replace the lot - I dont have any of them tho sorry!

    Cheers for the replies - I've got the pads aswell with the calipers so I'm gonna see what their like before I replace them with something else. Lizard - what size wheels do you have to fit 328's? I've got 17's & if I could get the 328's to fit under a 17" wheel they sound perfect. Got any pics at all of the brakes fitted?
